Hi, I’m Chrissy, The Motivation Angel. I am a writer, author and poet based in North London. Writing is a healing and inspirational experience for me and I have been actively writing and self-publishing my books since 2016.
My Background
I have an extensive background in health and wellness. I currently work in primary education; previously I have worked in Health and Social Care and Health and Fitness. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of people has always been of great importance to me.

The Motivation Angel is where I share my poems, quotes and motivational writing. At The Motivation Angel you’ll find articles/posts and poems written from my heart and perspective to help embrace, support and encourage you. I don’t have all the answers, but through my life experience, wisdom and perspectives I seek to help you find your own.
What’s On at The Motivation Angel
Since 2016 I have written 9 books, including two paperbacks. In May 2021 I compiled older (re-edited) poems alongside new poems I had written for my first paperback book: Pieces- A Poetry Anthology.
Most recently, in April 2023, I self-published my second paperback The Stars In Our Scars. My books are available on Amazon and other online book retailers.
I also offer writing services, including personalised poetry as a gift. Poetry has always played a massive role in my life and although I only began publishing my poems in 2016, I have been writing from a young age. Writing is highly therapeutic for me!
From time to time, I perform my poetry at local events in North London. Information about these events are normally shared on my social media outlets. Please follow and like to stay in the loop!

Intuition and the power of emotion is a largely untapped resource because we are very much thought-led. We are so afraid to trust ourselves! It was my intuition that brought me back to writing, something that has been very much innate for me since my youth. You can read more about me and my personal life journey in my story.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.
